With the fall 2024 release of the new EduSourced project intake form, you can now customize project client types with custom labels and designation as either Active or Passive client types.
Active: receives project related email notifications and is included on client surveys
Passive: does not receive project email notifications and is no included on client surveys
The default labels for these are Primary and Secondary client contacts but these can be relabeled with your own custom language and you can have as many client contact types as you wish. You can also have multiple of each contact type on one project. When clients complete your project intake form, they are prompted to add themselves as a primary contact and can add any additional contacts.
An interface to customize these roles is coming soon but, in the meantime, contact support@edusourced.com if you would like to update your project client roles and labels.
