Note: if you do not see the Log project health box in your project, this feature has been disabled by your Program Administrator.
Project Health allows users on a project to log their opinion of how well things are going at the moment. The choices are On-Track and view how other users are rating the project. The options are On-Track, At-Risk, Off-Track or Green, Yellow or Red. You can optionally add comments to provide context to your vote. The icons below represent the current project rating by the four different user types. You may see fewer icons depending on your configuration. The identify which user type an icon represents, hover over it with your mouse. a grey icon means no one from that user type has voted recently.
In the beginning of your project, this box is collapsed, as it is in the screenshot above, and you need to click the down arrow to expand Project Health allowing you to enter your view as to whether the project is On Track, At Rick, or Off Track. Over time, this box will automatically expand if you have not recently logged Project Health and, depending on your program's configuration, you may receive email reminders to participate as well.
Clicking any of the three buttons (On-Track, At-Risk or Off-Track) automatically saves your entry. You can update your entry at any time by clicking one of these three buttons again. The Save button is only needed if you've added a comment.
Depending on your EduSourced workspace's configuration, you may see a Project Health tab, pictured below. This tab shows the history of Project Health entries over time.
