Admins can share their survey for public viewing. This is helpful if you want non-admin users, including Instructors, to preview a survey before it is sent. By default, the shared survey preview can be viewed by Admin, InstructorPlus, and Instructor users in your workspace. You can optionally enable public access to the survey preview to allow for anyone with the link to preview the survey. Note that users cannot complete a survey in preview form.
